Exploring the White House--Again!
Well, for the second time in one week, I had a White House dream. While I've had many house dreams, these are the only two White House dreams I've ever had.
At first I didn't realize that I was in the White House. I was exploring this large mansion, and I saw tours of people all around. One older guard told me to follow him and he took me down to the basement, and we explored a variety of rooms down in the basement. Then he led me up to the highest part of the house. I literally had to walk on beams to explore the various sections of this part of the house.
Later I met up with Kelly and the rest of the group as they had been viewing other parts of the house. I suggested they come with me to see the basement. But then another guard stopped us and told us that no one is ever allowed in the basement or the attic. I said that I had just come from there, but he didn't believe me and sent us away.
I was so frustrated! As we walked around trying to figure where to go next, I saw the older guard sitting off to the side by himself. He was blowing bubbles out of his mouth. When the bubbles came out they were shaped in a variety of objects and colors. The first set of bubbles appeared to be a series of yellow butterflies that kept springing from his mouth. As the butterflies landed on the floor, they popped like ordinary bubbles.
Then a ship bubbles came out of his mouth. It was very detailed.
After that bubble came out, I spoke to him. He looked at our group and asked if we were wanting to go to the basement. Yes!
I bought sodas for everyone before we went down. Then he led us down a stairway off to the side. At each level down, we saw bedrooms where various famous guests had stayed. We eventually stumbled into one bedroom That had been set up during JFK's presidency. It looked perfectly preserved in the decor of the period and was filled with a variety of objects and household items from the 1960s.
After we left this room I woke up.
After waking, I realized that in the White House dream from earlier in the week I was exploring hidden wings of the White House. I was exploring the White House on its horizontal plane. In the dream I just had, I was exploring the hidden parts of the house on the vertical plane.
